Harry Banks Jr. is proud of his neighborhood, so proud in fact that he takes advantage of any opportunity he has to let everyone know what his neighborhood is all about. However, every time that he tells someone about his neighborhood, bad things happen and Harry cannot figure out why this is the case. That is until a chance meeting with a stranger not only gives Harry the answers that he is seeking but also changes his perspective on not only his neighborhood, but also his priorities in life.
