You Can Only Be Stopped If You Stand Still!

Good Afternoon and Happy Sunday to everyone. I hope that everyone had a great week and a great New Year and I hope even more that everyone is looking forward to an even greater week and year ahead. As we go into this New Year, there may be goals that we want to accomplish, there may be changes that we want to make in our lives and there may be things that we want to leave in the previous year among other things. There are plenty of us who start the year off or even go through the year with these ideas in mind, however they never come to fruition......and the reason why they don't is because WE stop OURSELVES from making these ideas a reality by standing still.

There is an age old notion and it can be seen as cliche', however it's very true. The saying goes "You can be anything that you want to be". Now as previously stated, this is cliche' but true, and the reason that it's true is because you and no one but you has the power to determine your level of success. However we have a habit of stopping ourselves from reaching that level of success by standing still.

You want to become a lawyer.......no one can make that happen but you, just as well as no one can stop it from happening but you.......however, you are under the excuse that because "No one in my family went to college", you can't do it, and at that moment, you've stopped yourself by standing still. You want to get All A's........ no one can make that happen but you, just as well as no one can stop it from happening but you........however, you are under the excuse that because "The teacher doesn't like me" there's no point in trying, and at that moment, you've stopped yourself by standing still

Anything that YOU want to accomplish or change in your life is in YOUR hands. Of course, others play factors, however you and your decisions are the determining factors in whether or not you are successful at what you aspire to do. So as we go into this New Year with our goals and aspirations, don't let your decision to stand still be the reason that these goals are not accomplished. Whatever you want to accomplish....whatever you want to change, it can be done and it can be successful because you have the power to make it a success and no one else has that power but you, because No One Can B.U. But You!!!!
